This property strays from the usual design and build or even standard refurbishment concept that we are in the habit of undertaking. The conversion of a commercial garden centre on the outskirts of Nairn into a dwelling house proved challenging particularly with the replacement of the existing full length glazed roof light.
The transformation of this building into a four-bedroom property has proved very successful and highlights the efficacy of thorough planning and design. In this case, we worked with James Maxwell & Co. who are incredibly detailed in their work and ensure client expectations are met.
Design features include: wood burning stove, four bedrooms all with en suite shower rooms/bathrooms, grand entrance vestibule with full height glazed screen viewing to lounge, double height expansive lounge/dining space.
Completion Date: March, 2018
